It brought together senior advisors from the Iraqi Council of Representatives, constitutional law experts, political analysts, and European specialists in constitutional reform.<br>The dialogue focused on the historical and legal foundations of Iraq\u2019s 2005 constitution, emphasizing the inclusive efforts that shaped its initial drafting. Participants explored pathways for future amendments, addressing current political challenges, structural imbalances, and the need for stronger protections of minority rights.<br>European experts offered comparative insights from various constitutional models across Europe, enriching the debate with examples of successful reform in post-conflict societies.
