Born in Baghdad in 1958, Dr. Nassar Al-Rubaie is a seasoned Iraqi politician and academic. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Baghdad (1990) and currently serves as Head of the Sadrist Movement’s Political Body within the Alliance Towards Reforms.
He has held several key positions, including Member of Parliament, Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Minister of Planning, and Member of the Constitution Writing Committee.
Fluent in Arabic and English, Dr. Al-Rubaie has authored notable works such as “The Formation and Complexity of the Dialectic Mind” and “The Role of American Hegemony in International Relations”.
